How to “have a good day”…

Breathe in the fullness of the day.

Look and see what is in front of you.

Recognize the possibilities.

Overlook the pointless.

Wander a little.

Wonder a lot.

Cry till there are no more tears.

Cry often if you need to.

Forgive.

Laugh till your belly hurts and your heart swells.

Laugh often when you need to.

Feel.

Help someone.

Notice the little things, appreciate the big ones.

Be content to “sit with it”.

Stop the chaos, even & especially if you are the one creating it.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe in solace.

Think.

Exhale joy to the world when you can.

Recognize the gift of thanksgiving.

Know the power of being a part of the world.

Do all these things in your own time.

Be content with your offering.

Go and have that GOOD day!
